My, thatís some alcohol burn you got there....very malty lager with lots of heat. Looks good though, with nice thick creamy head. But then again youíre not drinking this for taste, you want a buzz...and youíll get it.

Clear dark golden with a white head. Nose is mainly malt with strong aroma of alcohol. Body is medium, carbon light, texture slick. Taste is sweet. Palate id dominate by alcohol, sweet tones, malts. C@H

500ml bottle poured in a chalice. After the Explorator(D+) and the Navigator(D+) drinking this one is, at least, a big mistake. A: Clean pale yellow with a big bubbled head which dissipates quickly leaving some lacings S: Malts and alcohol. Ok itís a Doppelbock, ok itís strong but this smell does not justify. Sweet T: Bad surprise. Tastes like liquor. Very sweet upfront. A bit fruity. Reasonable bitterness (the ONLY good point of this beer) M: Heavy and molasses body. Reasonable carbonation to such strong beer D: Really bad... [ BA Review @ 10/6/2010 ]

Eau de tramp. Eau de SDF. Eau de merde. Maximator is a goddamned terrible beverage! Not for the feint hearted.

Can from Carrefour, Nice. Clear amber-orange with no head. Strong tasting as you might imagine with a sweetness, but not a great one.

Bottle from Supermarchť Match in Calais. Damn hell! Another one of this awful beers almost impossible to drink and in the end, finishing the glass is more like a Quest of Courage than enjoyment. Bah. Sticky-sweet malty aroma, sugary, hoppy, malty, grainy taste, sugary sweet finish with floral hints. Absolutely disgusting.

Crazy stuff here shared with McTapps in a can. One of those cheap hardhitting brews which only contain saugar, malt and alcohol. Tough to drink but we managed it. Heavy aftertaste of sugar and skunk. For drinking a second one you would need to pay me.

Can from a grocery store in Paris, France. Overly sweet taste and aroma. Sickeningly sweet to be blunt. The alcohol burn is there but not as much as one would expect. This is nowhere near as bad as some of the malt liquor in the USA.
