jbrus (4193), Delft, Netherlands Jul 25, 2002 Golden colour, white frothy head. Light. Not much taste but some malt sweetness. Still a little creamy palate. HogTownHarry (3286), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada Apr 22, 2006 Bottle (341ml). Poured bright pale slightly bubbly gold with a minimal white head. Not surprisingly, smells just like the "Natural Blonde" only lighter - corn, dry grain, a little harsh. Taste is probably nicer than the blonde - similar, sweeter, but less harsh - very watery mouthfeel, still has that unpleasant aftertaste - acceptable lawnmower/fishing trip beer only. jerc (3217), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 14, 2003 Wasn't impressed with it at first, but it finished nicely. A mediocre beer, but an exceptional light beer Sammy (3141), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Feb 5, 2005 . Fizzy initial pour. Their regular blond may be better, but the taste is OK for a 4% beer. Thin mouthfeel, some hops and a bit of malt. I would have this before a Molson or Labatt, but it is pretty plain. Thanks for the sample Pootz/Pootzboy. DougShoemaker (2614), Toronto, Ontario, Canada May 1, 2002 Soft sweet smell. Golden, light head. Stale hops taste. Sticky in the mouth. Subpar.
