Clear golden, white fading head. Simple sweet malts, cereals. Annoying bitter sweet taste, unbalanced with caramel, brown sugar and hoppy taste, metallic too.

Can from a supermarket in Paris, France. This is nowhere near as horrible as some are claiming. Sweet aroma and overly sweet taste make this more palatable than the average American malt liquor. Alchohol content is barely noticable.

Tsekouratos (189) - Nea Filadelfeia, Athens, GREECE - MAY 24, 2014
copper golden color, clear, with a white head, leaving only a ring. No aromas present, maybe some floral notes and malts. Horrible taste, skunk at its best!!! Aftertaste was even worse, like spoiled butter. Medum body with medium carbonation.

Lagerboy (1186) - British Columbia, CANADA - APR 16, 2014
500 ml can, 8.0% ABV, ’Extra Intense’ brought back from France by Fast and Aggressive, thanks (I think) Clear golden yellow, white foam settles and mostly lasts. Odd lager malt smell. Stronger sweet malt liquor-ish taste, has a medicinal foul fruitiness, no bitterness. Softer than average carbonation, light-medium bodied, low hopped. ABV well hidden. Barely consumable. Canned 500 ml from supermarket in Paris. Golden colored with small white head. Sweetish with strong alcohol flavor. Bit metallic. Disaster.

Very, very nasty. Just sweetness and maltiness, in an overabundant way. Really bad.

BlackHaddock (3503) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - OCT 8, 2013
Now at 8% ABV: my 50cl can was obtained from a supermarket in Ste Maxime on the South of France and poured into two tumblers at my mates holiday villa on 17th Sep 2013 during a ’heavy can tasting evening’. Good solid gold body with a white, short lived head. Sweet and syrupy from the moment the can was opened, it was the sweetest by far of the high alcohol cans we tried. Can’t really say much more, some alcohol traces, but even those were masked by the overpowering sweetness of the brew: I normally enjoy malty, sweet brews, but this was too much.

can from supermarket in kos. 8.0% clear yellow, small bubbly offwhite head. sweet and bitter malty, fruity notes, sweet like syrup or honey. flavor is malty, flowery notes, low bitterness, somewhat less bad than I had feared.

UPDATED: JUL 15, 2014 Une biere avec une belle couleur, tout le contraire de son gout et arome, juste de l’alcool et du sucre. horrible fin de bouche
