I LOVE this stuff. Get’s flat quickly and I’m sure it’s better straight from the keg. I’ll get some fresh when I pass through TO to make sure.
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20 shintriad (700) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 3, 2002
UPDATED: JUN 16, 2006 Are you kidding me? This is a great beer, commonly found on tap in T.O. A great warm, toasted flavour that genuinely stands out. Also great consistency, body and balance. Far superior to the Blonde ale.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 daboskabouter (1470) - Fergus, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 5, 2001
I drank too much of this and wretched on the first day of school in a urinal. So I don’t have great memories, I remember it being a little too sweet and relatively mild bodied.
