Appearance: clear straw with one finger of fluffy white head diminishing rapidly to a thick cap, patchy lacing. (3/5) Aroma: orange peel, coriander, wheat, bready yeast. (5/10) Taste: moderate sweet, low bitter. (5/10) Medium-light body, moderate carbonation, medium duration finish. (3/5) Bit of a disappointment from an otherwise solid brewery. Nothing overly wrong with it, but it just doesn’t excite me. Orange peel dominates a wheat and yeast base, but not exciting. Wish I liked it more than I do, actually. (10/20)

Can from my cousin. A cloudy light gold with a wheat, spice & orange aroma. Light bodied and surprisingly dry. The taste is wheat cakes and orange blossoms with quite a bit of residual sweetness. Another middle of the road Amsterdam brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can from the brewery. Pale golden body with a light haze and a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of coriander, pear, spices and orange pith. Flavour of bread, grass and lemon. Medium body with a frothy texture. Light fizz. Refreshing and subtle.

16oz can. Pours a slightly pale orange with a finger of white head that thins to a thick film. Mild streaming carbonation. Aroma has nice notes of orange citrus, Belgian yeast, slight candy sugar, mild spice, and faint bubble gum. Taste is balanced. Smooth orange citrus, Belgian yeast, bubble gum, very slight candy sugar, and a touch of spice at the end. Medium body with a medium-high carbonation. Clear and refreshing in the mouth with a soft carbonation and a dry finish. Overall a great summer beer. Mild orange citrus mixed with Belgian wit flavours of spice, candy sugar, bubblegum, and a dry finish.

Fruity aroma with citrus and spice. Cloudy amber colour. Citrus front with notes of lemon peel and orange with a slightly sweet finish. Light body with medium combination. A very pleasant and refreshing beer.

Bierdimpfe (327) - Quebec, CANADA - FEB 2, 2016
Hazy straw, almost golden color. Weak 2 finger head lasting around 2 minutes with average legs but strong bubble activity. Aromas and flavors of sweet citrus, a bit orangey, smoky grains and herbal spices. Great authentic subtle orange taste that is not too intense but faintly vinous. Light body with prickly carbonation. Short and but well intensified and balanced finish, leaving a pleasant slightly spicy mouth coat at the end. Overall : Good craft being very flavorful with some good freshness and intensity.

Too bad this beer mentions that there’s anise... I don’t smell it nor taste it. However other than that this seems like a bread and butter wit... Lots of citrus and orange peel with the spicy coriander to compliment... Light and easy to drink but reminds you of Drinking an alcoholic orange... Imo like the wit style should be.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy, golden-orange with a medium, short lived white head. Aroma of orange, wheat and coriander. Sweet flavour of orange, wheat and yeast with a dry, bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Not bad.
