Bottle, pours a nice yellow with some hazy from the yeast, fruity notes in the aroma, taste is yeasty and kind of sweet, not much orange in the taste, would have liked to see more, but overall this stuff was pretty good.

500 ml bottle from the brewery. Pours amber, with a hint of orange, large frothy white head, leaves some lacing. Aroma is of wheat and yeast, hint of orange. Taste is similar, finely carbonated. Pretty good weisse, glad I grabbed a bunch!

Bottle: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a nice size purer white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of coriander and light orange peel notes is quite nice. Taste is also a nice mix between light coriander notes with some notes of wheat and light refreshing notes of orange peel. Body is quite full for style with good carbonation. Well brewed with more spices then I was expecting; maybe missing a fuller body.

Bottle from the brewery. Very hazy golden-orange with a whole load of yeasty sediment. The yeast comes through in the aroma, along with the expected notes of orange and coriander, and just a hint of anise. Medium bodied with a slight creaminess on the palate. Flavour is a refreshing combination of citrus and light spice, with a yeasty tang and a slight tartness. Again, the anise is there only fleetingly, with a quick suggestion of licorice towards the finish. Very nice summer brew.

Pale yellow-orange pour with a thick white head. The aroma is lightly wheaty with a bit of soft spicy character. A little bit of lemony citrus over a touch of soft yeastiness. A little bit watery tasting, but it’s pretty decent.

UPDATED: JUN 11, 2011 Bottle: Pours a clouded pale straw ale in the glass. Puffy cap reduces but laces well. Lots of sediment in bottle to be agitated before pour is done. Aromas of citrus coriander, grassiness and wet grain. Prickly mouth feel and sharpness from the hops. Nice biscuit dough from the wheat, spicy, citrusy, dry in the finish. Light sparkling and refreshing. Good effort at a Belgian wit. Perhaps a tad on the sweet side but serviceable.

500 ml bottle - pours completely opaque and golden, a real raw honey look to this one, with a billowy thick white head. Aroma spicy, white pepper, clove, some coriander, a faint hint of banana. Banana is more prominent in the flavour, and there is a sharp spice/bitter element. Body surprisingly thin, wish that was beefed up a bit. Coriander, yeast finish. Pretty solid wit.

Nice little summer beer. Easy feel in the mouth with lots of carbonation. Front by orange maybe grapefruit citrus, and something a little lighter on the back end. Solid stuff.

Cloudy orange with a modest foamy cap. Appealing aroma of orange juice, spices, wheat malts, candy. Overall sweet orangey flavour profile with some very mild hop bitterness and acidity. A bit pithy. Medium body with creamy carbonation, and a genuine orangey finish. this is a good summer sipper.
