COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A variation on Maverick and Gose, blended with 40 pounds of raspberries and aged in a Flat Rock Pinot Noir with Lactobacillus for 5 months.

Cask at Volo – Amsterdam takeover
Aroma: frontal true raspberry notes. Hint of seeds , organic hint. Well presented fruit character. Quiet nice. 7+
Appearance: cloudy, hazed dark amber with lighter top.
Palate / Taste: frontal raspberry with softer backing. Hint of peanuts , tad salty. Backing with fresh tart raspberry. I like its malt base as well. There is more to this beer than just raspberry.

Draught at ’A Night with Amsterdam’, Volo, Feb. 2. Pours a deep hazy amber with a small lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity and spicy along with quite a bit of wood and caramel malt. Nice sour flavour, fruity and woody, along with some spices and lactic notes. Medium bodied. This is barrel-aging done right, I loved it.

A hazed reddish light brown ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, nice raspberry pulp, caramel, light Brett. In mouth, a nice smooth raspberrry caramel with light Brett, pulp, nice. On tap at A Night with Amsterdam and Friends, Feb 2 2013.
