7/3/14 Cask at the brewpub. Clear ruddy ale with a thin transient head. Aroma of stunt meadow, hay like element. Taste malty mild sweetness, surprisingly for an IPA not so much of the hops, minimal bitterness.

On tap at Crowbar. Deep golden hazy , good foam . Immediate aromas of catpiss, hops ; high intensity. Secondarily aromas of caramel & citrus. Medium body & complexity. Good bitterness, some sweetness. Very enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Crowbar. Hazy deep amber. Grapefruit and caramel nose with more caramel sweetness in the mouth. Still ending on the dry side. Nice.

On tap at Nydalen. Hazy amber. Very inviting grassy nose. Well balanced, grass/herbs and malt, tropical fruit. Pleasant.

Copper murky with a beige head. Smells of citrus, mandarin, zests and some herbal notes. Moderate sweet, some fruits and citrus which works quite nice. The citrus part is quite dominating. Medium bitter finish with nice resins. One of the best Amundsen beers ever

250ml glass, draught at Amundsen Bryggeri & Spiseri. Muddy brown body, filmy layer, firm lacework. Smell of fruity hops, lemon and grapefruit, with underlying malty sweetness. Succulent taste of citrus, lots of orange and lemon, followed by grapefruit peels on a backbone of mid-sweet malts. Smooth and lingering bittersweet ending. Well bodied. A nice one and an excellent partner to the different kind of pickled herring I got for lunch (Oslo 12.12.2013).
