Appearance: Clear nutty brown color with a fine off white head that gives a nice lacing.
Aroma: Fruity, caramel malty and hoppy.
Palate: Medium body. Moderate sweet and an ok bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Malty, fruity, ok hoppy notes and mild nutty.
Overall impression: Tasty and nice ale.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet roasted, caramel malts, candied sugar, slightly roasted grain, hay, nuts hints of rye bread. Taste is slightly dry, light roasted malts, hay, nuts, grass, weeds, caramel. Longlasting bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.

250ml poured from tap into a tulip shaped glass at Amundsen Bryggeri & Spiseri. Hazy dark apricot coloured body. Foamy white head reduced to a stable layer. Spotty lacing. Mid-dry aroma of resinous hops and caramel malts. Balanced taste profile of brown malts and leafy hops. Nice bitter tail. Soft in the mouth. Easy to drink. Decent session beer (Oslo 12.02.2014).

13.02.2014. On tap at Amundsen Bryggeri & Spiseri, Oslo. Amber colour with white haed. Soft malty aroma. Nice smooth beer with nice soft malt.

On tap at Amundsen. Pours almost clear dark golden with a small white head. Grainy malty aroma. Taste is moderate sweet grainy, with a pleasant amount of British hops for balance, lingering flowery and spicy hops.

On tap at Amundsen. Clear caramel colored body with a dense medium sized light brown head leaving excellent lacing. Boiled herbs, hay and dried fruits on the nose. Bitter grassy mouth. Medium bodied, dry tongue and a long finish verging on papery notes.

Amber, medium beige head. Smells of grain, fruits and some english hops. Light sweet, quite dry, some ripe fruits and burned malts. Medium bitter, quite nice and very drinkable.

10cl from tap at Amundsen, october 6th 2012. Clear amber body, beige head. Hoppy aroma, malts, sweetness, chocolate? Balanced taste of caramel and light fruit, nice bitterness. Soft body, goes down well, with a refreshing hop bitter aftertaste. Nice!

On tap @ the brewpub. Clear, reddish amber body with a moderate sized, dense off-white head. Mild aroma of malt with a hint of biscuit and caramel with a touch of fruity hops. Refreshing fruity and malty flavor with a pleasant light bitterness. Medium body and decent in aftertaste. A very nice, classic session beer bitter. Goes also very well with the food.
