COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Quite dark golden with a big bubbled white head; Very special nose with a strange mix of warm horse and sour apples; Very big carbonation om semi dry and actually warm sweet body; dryer finish with more pleasant warm Apple aromas. Decent.

Probably the driest cider I have ever tasted. Loads of searing minerally musty apple fruits run right through the entire palate. Quite fruity on the nose but to taste a very different sensation. May well have some capacity to age. At just over 1.50 euro the best value drink I have ever had.

Corked bottle
Cloudy orange color; fine perlage that supports a thin head. Strange aroma: apples, wood, sulfur… Dry mouthfeel, tannic, with a woody apples aroma and a smokey touch. Strange and good.
