On tap @ the brewery. Poured a cloudy amber, but I think it was cloudy due to the fact that they had just tapped it, later pours I saw were clearer. Aroma of resiny pine and citrus with a caramel base. Sweet malt base and a strong bitter taste the is a bit astringent at the end. A good beer but mine had sediment and was a bit harsh in the finish.

The aroma was lacking on this beer. It poured a nice amber with a thin head. The flavor had a lot of citrus, a little pine, very bitter. A hint of sweet malt in the back ground. The finish was nice and it had a lingering after taste.

Tasted at brewery. Clear copper red with a creamy tan head. Grapefruit and pine aroma and taste with a decent bitter bite but a soapy finish.

OK guess I’m the first one for this beer. Sampled draft at the brewpub. Poured out a dark ruby red with a light brown head that was about a half finger thick. Aroma is heavy grapefruit, evergreen, and sweetness. Taste is very nice heavy citrus and grapefruit flavors invade the mouth followed by a kick of pine and bitterness. As soon as I sampled this one I knew I had has something almost exactly like it before. Then it hit me, this beer is a Bigfoot clone. Almost to the tee. Aroma, color, taste, all of it was just like Bigfoot. However, the moutfeel was thinner than Bigfoot. Interesting beer, well done, but this was just a straight up clone of Bigfoot which was kind of dissapointing because I like to see brewers try something new.
