Not much to the aroma, a little sourness. Definitely a well-named beer. Quite sour right away with a little sweetness and a bit too much wheat for me at the end. Surely a shocker for a plain wheat beer seeker. The sourness is quite refreshing.

Nose is tart, lemon, a hint of grainy bread, and spicy. Lightly hazy faint yellow with a medium white head. Flavor is tart weak lemon soda with a bit of bitter.

The pour is a clear straw color with a white head. Opens up with a nice lemon aroma followed by cider, mild wheat, and straw. Fairly heavy on the lactic notes, a touch of sweetness, too. The flavor is quite tart and lactic. Tons of lemon and lemon zest, a mild cider note, and a touch of straw. There is just a little bit of malt sweetness with a nice spritzy feel on the tongue.
