Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. light yeast and light spice aroma. Light yeast and light spice flavor with light citrus. Medium bodied. Light yeast and light spice linger with light citrus and a little graininess.

A hint of orange, little else in the aroma. This is definitely wheaty with a dry body as well. The fruitiness is average but the wheat is far too much for me.

Hazy yellow with a big pale yellow head. Nose of banana, citrus, and white bread yeast. Flavor is banana, bitterness, white pepper, and light cloves.

Sampled at the Brew Pub on June 1, 2011. This witbier pours a slightly hazy medium to light orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, with some spices and coriander. A medium to light bodied witbier. The malts are fruity and sweet, mostly apricot and peaches, with some tropical flavors. The hops are floral and spicy. Nice balance. Good carbonation. A very easy to drink witbier. A touch of floral and spice at the finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter and a touch spicy.

Decent enough wit. Not much of an aroma and what was there was covered by the huge orange slice. Poured a very pale yellow with a big head. The flavor was malty with a touch of sourness. On tap at the pub.

Hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Orange clove and bread aroma and taste with a bready finish and corriander notes.
