Mini-pint @ Rock Fish. Smells great, looks muddy red. Great bourbon smell and flavor. Too bad it’s not a full pint.

Draft at Big Wood 2009. Deep mahogany pour. Cidery spicy nose. Huge apple cider and wooden taste. Abrupt, old world leather. Intense rotten malt, Belgian brune, maple, brown suger/mollasses. I’ll buy mustard too.

On tap at Brouwer’s Big Wood 09. Pours a murky brown with a smallish head. Like a hoppy bourbon-aged Duchesse with more hops. Tons of bourbon in the nose, but less in the flavor. Steph was right on - there’s a bit of mustard in here, too. Very tasty, if a bit dilute.
