BA version.
Black with thin slight ebony highlights. Loose, sudsy tan rim. Enormous wood and bourbon nose, just massively out of balance no matter where in Hazzard County you’re standing. Thin, watery body--just totally attenuated by its time on the wood. Some roast and coffee under there but this easily had 4-5 times more time spent on the bourbony wood than it needed...and whatever else you notice, you notice wood and bourbon first, and you notice them more.

Barrel aged version from WABL party. Lots of alcohol and bourbon on the nose. Tart apple cider. Smells very odd. Dark brown pour with a thin head. Maple strup, bourbon, and alcohol sweetness. I dont get much of the stout. Sour apples. Notes say, really unpleasant. Fuck!

on cask-pours a light tan head and black color with red tint. Aroma is espresso. Taste is espresso. Not my style.
