Cloudy amber color with large head. Not much aroma, but the flavor is malty, and it’s well hoppy.

6% version at the brewery Hazy golden orange color, white head. Good strips of lacing while drinking Nose was full of hops. Pine, grapefruit, orange, and lemon. Very fresh and vibrant with touches of caramel backbone. Quite bitter. Lots of pine and citrus but easy to drink. Not sexy but very solid and easy to drink

On tap at Hopvine Pub in Seattle fall hop harvest IPA fest last month - this was by far my favorite of the 6-7 I tried. Pours golden with white head, nose has light fruit, citrus rind. Flavor is dominated by a punchy bitterness with lingering citrus rind bitterness into the finish. Fresh NW hops linger forever in a wonderful finish.

Pours yellow, not clear but not hazy, finger off white head. Smell slight citrus hops, tangerine. Taste floral tangerine and citrus. Med bodied and smooth Simple but good.

Sample at the Tap House Grill in Seattle. The beer is a slightly cloudy orange-amber color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Hops, malt and citrus in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, sweet malt and citrus. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sampled at GABF 2012. A solid and simple IPA. Nothing fancy. No lemon verbena to make it better just a good mix of hops. The bitterness lingers favorably through the sips. Sessionable. Maybe a pale ale?

Clear light orange/yellow, thin head. Aroma of fresh cut grass, orange peel, floral hops. Taste is really nice, crisp hop, great balance of bitter and floral hops and malt.

Clear amber color/ ivory head. Grassy, cat spray, dank, spicy hop aromas. Medium bodied. Hoppy bitter spice, herbal, wet grass flavors with a solid pale malt base--good

Pint at the Collins pub. Good aroma, citrus, graepefruit, lemongrass, tad hazed brownish orange. Good head and lace. Bitter flavors. Medium body, smooth creamy. Mouthfeel. Bitter finish. Good overall. Aroma best part. Had a nice mix of citrus. Flavor was much more one sided. Finish had a grapefruit rind type bite.
