On tap numerous times at The Collins Pub in Seattle, June 2008. Hazy unfiltered orange with an off-white head. Very fresh, bright hop nose - like sniffing fresh centennial hop pellets. Simple pale malt base with a bit of sweetness from perhaps a touch of munich malt. Next, is a blast of bright, grapefruit and pine hop juiciness. Medium bodied, but not at all thin with a smooth texture and lively carbonation. An ace session IPA. This was not a 4.8% abv beer - that has to be updated.

Clear amber color/ ivory head. Grassy, cat spray, dank, spicy hop aromas. Medium bodied. Hoppy bitter spice, herbal, wet grass flavors with a solid pale malt base--good

Pint at the Collins pub. Good aroma, citrus, graepefruit, lemongrass, tad hazed brownish orange. Good head and lace. Bitter flavors. Medium body, smooth creamy. Mouthfeel. Bitter finish. Good overall. Aroma best part. Had a nice mix of citrus. Flavor was much more one sided. Finish had a grapefruit rind type bite.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Strong aroma of grapefruit, pineapple and pine needles. Medium to full-bodied. Good bitter grapefruity flavor with some resiny notes and tropical fruits. Excellent hoppy IPA!

Pint @ Rockfish. Best of the bunch. Smells like rancid grapfruit and is a little too cloudy for my tastes but it tastes fantastic. Super hoppy without being a palate ruiner. Wish this was available in Seattle.

On draft at the brewpub. Came a hazy orange color with a small white head. Nose of citrus and flowers. Medium body and light mouthfeel. Flavor iy s strong on the citrus and lots of other hop flavors. Long bitter finish. Very nice and far and away my favorite beer from the brewery.

Draught @ Bottleworks:   Dull golden, very lively carbonation, hazy, moderate frothy white head, fairly nice lacing.   Fresh hop nose, straight forward.   Not much in the way of floral or citrus notes.   Clean hop notes up front, they linger for quite a while.   Yeah, clean, nothing out of the ordinary, just a solid example.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   A bit of rind shows up on the finish.   Nice hoppiness lingers.   Just straight forward and clean.   I like it!

Among the six or seven beers I sampled, this was probably my favorite. Had a hazy, golden hue with decent lace patterns. Texture was crisp and moderately bodied. Malt side was breadish and mildly sweet. Hop side was snappy, with bold elements of spices and flowers. Healthy amount of bitterness to boot.

GCBF 2010. Orange amber. Sticky toffee malts and citrus pith, leafy hops battle it out for center stage on the palate. A tasty little IPA.
