On tap at Collins. The style isn’t my favorite but it seems a good representation of it. Fairly sweet both in smell and taste, could use a bit more hop to balance.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear copper with a lacy white head. Soft, malty nose with some biscuit. Smooth medium body with minimal carbonation. Sweet caramel taste. Everything about this beer is soft and round. Maybe a little chewy for the style, but this is not a style I have strong opinions about.

Draft @ Strange Brewfest 07: Copper hazy, no head or lacing. Nose of light malt and water. Very light and thin. Some toasty caramel in the flavor but all around too clean and lost. Unenthusiastic with the malt and barely drinkable. I almost fell asleep.

Hazy amber colour. The nose is a bit fruity with hints of caramel. The body is a little sticky, again with caramel. Not fully attenuated.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear amber. Aroma of mashed apples. Medium to light bodied and rather sweet with notes of grass and licorice as well as mango. The mouthfeel is hard, yet somewhat syrupy. Low bitterness. Not a success.

A nice dark lager with an amber looking body and nice head. Flavour and nose were almost sour like and the finish was quite acidic.
