Bottled from Coppers, Newcastle upon Tyne. Aroma’s of fresh hay, and a golden colour to match. Very smooth mouthfeel, does not feel like a 7%er. A little hot alcohol on the palate but in no way off putting. Crisp and clean on the finish, another cracker from Anarchy.

Bottle Coppers Ncl. loads of fruity aromas, I get peach and lychee, with some honey notes too. Warming on the tongue with sherry and pudding wine flavours, the warmth continues into the finish. Don’t detect a huge amount of hoppiness, some grass and hay late on. Not bad at all

Bottle at Lady Greys, Newcastle. It pours golden yellow with a small white head. The nose is sweet dough, brioche, madelines, grass, sugar and spice. The taste is doughy, grassy, icing sugar, light bitterness and candied orange with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty decent. Very good for the style anyways.

330 ml bottle. Pours a bright golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of strong grainy malts, herbs and pungent orange notes. Flavour of strong grainy malts, mellow sweetness, grassy hops and pleasant herbal notes. Alcohol doesn’t come through at all, but warms nicely after a few sips. Medium bodied, oily mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Warming, dry, smooth finish. Surprisingly good.
