4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
On draught, Durham Beer Festival 2012. Very cloudy, however it is worth noting that most of the beers I tried at this festival had clarity issues,
Excellent citrus aroma and flavour, does exactly what it says on the tin.
Long lasting aftertase of lemon and bitter apple. A seasoned beer enthusiast drinks with thier mouth and nose, not their eyes. Full marks, barring the appearance.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Keg @ Victorian Craft Beer Café, Halifax. Clear golden-amber with a head. Has a steady citrus fruitiness that’s a little more pronounced in its nose that taste, but still very evident in both. It lingers for a time in the palate.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Wow! If someone had told me this was a new zealand grapefruity wine, cloudy bay or something similar, I could have been fooled. Dirty brown colour, overpowering citra aromas. Taste is like a blonde, yes, but with the citra intervening brutally. Interesting!

Flaske 330ml fra Kjeller 5. Drukket på Bergstua 4 Mai 16. Hissig! Lys gylden gulbrun. Lavt skum. Lett sitrusaroma. Veldig mye kullsyre ødelegger for smaken. Avslutter tørt. En del bunnfall igjen på flaska.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cask at CBC Holborn - London. Pours mostly clear yellow with a frothy, white head. Pithy lemon and pee in the nose, some grapefruit. Light sweet flavour with pleasant lightly dried pale malts, further citrus fruits, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, mellow bitter pine and hay. Light bodied with fine carboantion; nice condition. Good balance on the finish, with continuing pithy lemon and grapefruit, and supportive but restrained pale malt sugars. Good sessioner.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from Lerøy Mat, Bergen. Pours a hazy dirty-yellow body with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, almond essence, straw and hints of pale malts and grapefruit. Taste is pale malts, citric tones, straw, grape peel and hints and almond essence and wet grass. Light, near-watery body, medium to high carbonation. Pretty middle-of-the-road hoppy blond ale, the Citra action is not strong enough to compensate for the relatively thin body, which otherwise would ensure high drinkability.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, The Offie, Leicester. Golden with an off white foam. Apricot with mango and lemon. Melon with herbal grass. Tangerine with bready yeast. Laid back, drinkable, lacks a bit of punch.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
On Keg at Stockbridge Tap (this one is 4.2 ABV). Pours a slightly murky very pale blonde. Big citrus hop aroma. Decent hop flavours and bitterness. Light and refreshing. I like crisp hoppy session brews. This is quite nice.
