Our South Pacific IPA is overflowing with kiwi fruits, lime and orange zest. Sweet malts are balanced against a big bitter bite. Medium in body, oily in texture and delicious in flavour. Available in cask, keg and bottle.

Call at CASK. Pours clear amber with a thin, rapidly fading off white head. Aroma is tropical but bitter. Blood Orange, bitter orange, some grapefruit. Heavy citrus. Flavour is bitter with a lot of hops. Medium bodies and astringent. Balance isn’t quite there but fairly pleasant.

Keg at The York Tap, York. Hazy amber with white head. There is a big slug of caramel, toffee at the start of this, there is an apricot, fruity alcohol note, slightly fiery. Just a little rough at the edges but okay.

Tap@gallows. Amber hazy. Fruity hopoyy nose. Marmelade caramels, greenish/red berries, citrus grapefruit. Med bodied, well bittered, bit thick texture. Feels surprisingly heavy, like a good iipa/dipa rather than ipa. Lots of caramel thickness, sweetness. Bit stuffy but ok.

Cask at the Maidenhead Beer Festival. A hazy amber pour with a loose white head; limey aroma; soft, limey citrus taste; and a dry, crisp, slightly chalky finish. A well made IPA.

Keg at The Ned Ludd, Nottingham. A hazy orange amber colour with a fizzy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pineapple, orange, pine and biscuit. Taste dominated by bitter grapefruit marmalade and orange, some caramel sweetness, also resin and floral hops. Medium bodied and a sticky, jammy texture. A dry, citrus bitterness in the finish. A good hoppy but sticky IPA, I’ve had better but still decent

Bottle from the Real Beer Company. Pours a hazy orange with a white head. Exotic aromas of lychee and grapefruit. Very full mouthfeel with a powerful, deep, earthy maltiness, but with a vivied hop taste of pine and pink grapefruit. A really original IPA, full of flavour. I will definitely buy this again.

12.4.2014. Guinness-like lasting thick cream. Creamy, a bit sweet, real ale IPA. Exotic fruits, bitterness, grapefruit. Finish is dryish and bitter. Very nice.
