12oz pour at La Cerveteca. Pours a hazy corny gold with some creamy, lacing white head. Nose is yeast, grain, some grass, straw, lemon peel. Flavor is grassy, straw, some light candy, solid lemon peel. Clean finish. The lemon flavor keeps you reaching back for the glass. Nice beer.

On tap @ La Capsule, Lille - FR. Color: clear amber beer with no carbonation and small white foam. Smell: caramel, floral and bread nose. Taste: good balance of malt and hopps, with caramel notes and grassy presence. Aftertaste: nice sweet bittereness. Really fresh and easy drinkable.

Draught at The Rake, London. Golden beer with a decent white head. Malty bready aroma, biscuits, caramel and some fruit notes. Malty biscuit flavor, citrus, bready, some grainy notes. Bready finish with faint hops.

Keg at Lyric, Soho. It pours hazy orange-amber with a medium white head. The nose is soft fruit, cereal, dough and orange peel. The taste is crisp, dough, grain, cereal, biscuit, pepper and soft citrus with a dry, bitter finish. Light-medium body and average carbonation. Good balance and highly drinkable. Nice work!

Tap at the Rake - Borough Market, London. Lovely little lager. Pours clear gold with a fine, white head. Crisp and not too sugary sweet, with dry cereal, buscuits. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and crisp and refreshing to finish, with dry and biscuity pale malts and mellow bitter hay. Very easy to drink.

On draught. Hazy deep amber colour with a small head. Mild straw aroma. Straw flavours, a bit of grain, mild yeastiness, quite dry, with a good amount of bitterness for a lager. Refreshing and far nicer than any macro lager I can think of.

The Rake. Hazy gold beer, little white head. Palate is light and dry with fine crispy carbonation. Dry pale malt. Minerals. Mild citrus. Dry finish. okay - a bit limp and dry.
