Were all of Anchor’s beers like this and Old Foghorn I would be a huge fan! Very light floral nose that finds its way into the taste. Lemons, crackers, and a curious amount of fresh apple backed by a spritzy carbonation. A light refreshing ale that begs for a can so it will be at home on the beach.

Bottle@home after removal of dandelions. Two finger foam. Golden clear with plenty of bubbels. Floral green grassy notes. Fine to intense dandelion-like bitterness. Very Dry finish. Splendid brew.

DObre wytrawno-gozkie z wyraznym i pikantnym aromatem chmielu amerykanskiego. Troche osadu, fajna srednia ale trwala piana i ta gorycz troche pikantne piwo to bylo moze zastosowano jakies przyprawy? Bylem mile zaskoczony.

Good frothy head, amber clear colour. Nice taste from first sip. Aroma was malty with a bite. Aftertaste a little bitter. Like the label. Manly label, manly beer.

quite big light beige head that disappears slowly, foam head and some lacing. yellow-faint orange clear colour. aroma of hops, malt, slight sweet, caramel and some sulfur note that i can’t place. starts off bitter followed by a light caramel sweetness. the aftertaste is bitter with some fruity sweetness. quite dense mouth-feel and soft carbonation. bottle 35.5 cl / best before 10-2014

Láhev 355 ml. Po nalití je cítit aroma chmele, citrusů a sladu. Pěna je středně vysoká, bílá, krémová a dlouhotrvající s jemnými bublinkami, vytváří masivní kroužky. Pivo samotné je zlaté barvy lehce zbarvené do mědi. Chuťově je pivo velice příjemné sladší připomínající lemongrass, dotažené slabší hořkostí, pivo je také velmi příjemné na rtech. Je dobře pitelné a osvěžující a za horkých dní určitě nezklame.

slightly hazy golden colour; massive, long lasting off-white head; aroma of hop, honey and some strange salty-sourish thing (maybe sour cabbage?); taste is dominated by long lasting hoppy bitterness, though some honey can also be felt.

A hazy golen pour with an off-white head. Taste is quite sweet and fruity...caramel, grass, pine and citrus. Medium bitter finish. Okay beer.

Golden clear with a good white head, good retention.
In nose you can really smell the hops with some honey, mango and cereal.
In mouth in citrus and herbal and it ends with some alcohol and cereal.
Not an ordinary APA but it’s really good and refreshing.
