Pours clear golden-amber, with a puffy one-finger beige head, very good and lasting lacing. Aroma of hay, flowers, caramel, biscuit, citrus and bubblegum. Medium-thin body, zesty, lightly dry. Mild caramel sweetness up-front with some biscuit, medium-bitter mid-palate, grass and citrus, and a long lasting earthy finish. An excellent showcase of the complexity of cascade hops.

22oz bottle. Pours a hazy straw color with a huge thick super creamy frothy egg-shell colored head, awesome. Aroma if light and fruity, floral, very clean, some light creamy vanilla really fulls it out, light honey, light biscuit. Flavor follows, lightly floral with that same creamy vanilla note, honey, biscuit, waxy, medium bitterness, very well balanced and drinkable, definitely 6%, I guessed 5.8% =p. Medium body, quaffable, lightly creamy, sharp fizzy carbonation. Great beer!

Bottle. Pours a light honey golden with thin head. Aroma is barley with some subtle citrus hops. Mouthful begins with light malt sweetness and full carbonation followed by hops. It has a crisp, dry finish and ends with a strong barley aftertaste. This Ale has a nice balance of flavors and is a good change of pace from Anchor Steam.

Bottle. Hazy orange amber color with an off-white head showing good retention and leaving some nice lacings. The aroma is clean and refreshing whit notes of citric hops, grass, fudge and hints of caramel malts. The flavor is equally clean and refreshing. Some malty sweetness with notes of white bread and well balanced citric and grassy hops on top. The finish is fairly bitter with notes of grass and alcohol. Moderate body, well balanced carbonation aggressive carbonation. An enjoyable beer.

Bought in Amsterdam. Nice golden color with a pretty persistent foam. Aroma is hoppy, floral and some malt notes. Flavor is pretty much the same. Mouthfeel is bitter and long, good one!
