Beaver (874) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUL 6, 2011
12oz bottle. Pours golden yellow with a big creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is bready malts and fruity, piney cascade hops.

The flavor is sweet bready malts and some mint with a fruity piney hop finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with some sharp carbonation.

Overall, a solid APA - old school cascade.

Nett! Test vom 6.11.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,10,9,9,14,9 - 9,50

Pours a lovely orange amber. Nose is sweet fruity malt, bit of roasted malt aroma. Taste is sweet tangerine with some subtle roasted malt. Very distinctive flavour, with quite a tang to it. Nice unique beer but I think I prefer Steam.

This may be the best ale I have tried. Pour a cloudy golden color with a nice sized white head. The aroma is hoppy. The flavor is also of hops and may I add just the correct amount. Very nice brew.

fiercepanda (258) - Missouri, USA - JUN 25, 2011
A cloudy copper colored ale with a decent white head. The aroma is very nice, lots of hops with grapefruit and melon characteristics. The flavor is mildly bitter with pronounced hops, a citrusy finish, and a hint of funk. The palate is just a little on the thin side, but a very good beer all around.
