Pours shiny golden orange with a large, frothy white head that is quick to vanish. The aroma is mildly hoppy. Tastes crisp, clear, hoppy and a little bitter. Liberty Ale has a light to medium body with an almost creamy texture and good mouth carbonation for an APA and finishes crisp and dry. overall, a good brew. I will drink to our Liberty.

Bottle. Golden with a large off-white head. Aroma: tropical fruits, peaches, some butter and perhaps spices. Taste: peaches, grass, some caramel/toffee, medium bitterness. Medium body, a bit fizzy mouthfeel.

Has nice fruity like aroma that grabs you. It has a nice head that lingers for quite awhile. Has murky honey like amber color with very active bubbles. The taste at first is a bitter but then subdues and goes down smoothly. I would definitely buy this one again.

És azok nagyon jó benyomást tettek rám. Nos hát lássuk is. Már az elején magával ragad a citrusos ízorgia, mely végigkíséri a korty teljes hosszát. Teste kicsit olajos és nagyon szúrós. Benne van az a bikfán érlelt, bizonyos tokajiaszús testesség. Réznarancssárga színe van, de annyira hogy még a jó öreg David Copperfield is elbújhatna mögötte a rézfánfütyőlő rézangyalával együtt. Erős, karakteres íz, mely a végén nagyon finom kesernyébe torkollik. Enyhén karbonált, így a végén nagyon el lehet veszni a komló keserűjébe. Már-már amolyan IPA-ra utaló jegyeket mutat. Nagyon komplex. Látszik rajta, hogy sokat foglalkoztat vele. Nem egy tucatjószág. Csendben merüljünk is el a gondolatainkba és élvezzük ki minden kortyát.

I totally had forgot how this beer tasted, but not how it looks. The glass was giving visual impression of lager, but smell & taste are clearly bitter ale. The liberty ale is not most excellent in this category, but decent and much better than all so usual boring stock lager.

Appearance: Golden honey color, slightly hazy. Nice fine bubbles. Head looks rocky, leaves a nice lacing on the glass. Aroma: Citrus hops, earthly, sweet malts. Taste & Mouthfeel: Citrus hops up front, mild earthly, along with biscuity malts. Semi sweet orange blossoms in the mid-palate, with touch of honey. Very refreshing, body is light to medium. Carbonation feels great. Finish & Aftertaste: Crisp finish with slight herbal bite aftertaste. Overall Impressions: Outstanding American Pale Ale!!

bottle. Pours somewhat hazy peach orange color with nice big fluffy white head. Aroma of malts and hops, balanced, with the malts reminding me of pound cake and the hops with a citrus character. Flavor presents these characteristics in full, and is very nicely balanced and full in flavor. Smooth, medium to full bodied, very drinkable. This is just a great, balanced APA, perfect representation of the style.

Clear yellow pour with a white foamy head. Aroma is malty with flavours of citrus, banana and a bit grass. Taste is a bit acidic, malty, grass, grapefruit peel. Light to medium bodied with a bitter finish. A classic but not a favorite of mine.
