Bottle. Golden honey color, somewhat hazy (unfiltered?). Head is firm and tasty and really builds. Aroma of citrus and fruit, sweet malts. A crisp and lasting finish with aftertaste hoppy and herbal aftertaste. Has been one of my favourite pale ales för fifteen years!

Can sample at a tasting at Tom L place. Thanks Tom. Clear golden with white head. The aroma is hoppy and fruity with notes of bubblegum and citrus (tangerine). Bitterish flavor with notes of citrus, lemon zest and hint of bubblegum, dry. Medium-bodied.

On point for the style, old school ale. That being said for a modern beer drinker this one excels at malts and low bitterness but the hops take the back seat. Good brewer and a lot of folks will like this if they dislike hops but just not for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Palate is fizzy with long finish. I am not tasting much hoppiness here. Color is nice golden, there is almost no head. Not much character, but overall refreshing experience.

Citrus and floral hop notes dominate the aroma... fruity yeasty malt follows. Very good bitterness with the perfect amount of malty sweetness to balanced... there is still a slight yeasty fruitiness mid palate that cuts to a subtle earthiness.. everything is balanced very well by a toasty caramel maltiness.... finishes with a fresh citrus blast.

Tropiske frukter, krydret honning, sommerblomster. Rund og meget lettdrikkelig med fruktig avslutning. Deilig.
