Bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a huge off white head, nice lacing. Aroma of pine, citrus, pale malts. Flavor is pine, grapefruit, some malt, floral. Palate is medium, medium carbonation, bitter finish. Nice

Oct 10, 2008 Heavy head that lasts awhile. Rather active carbonation but dead and dull taste that was too malty/yeasty. sour grass, fermented grain, olive oil. dry finish. reminded me of the Steam beer, which I’m no fan of.

Oct 9, 2008 Bottle. Golden light colour. Good white head. Aroma of hops and malts with a touch of citrus. Great balanced. Sweet beer with a sophisticated grapefruit bitterness in the after taste.

Oct 3, 2008 medium off white head, light copper colour. citrus and pine in the nose. flavour is malty with plenty of hops, very enjoyable. Easy to drink but still very interesting, a great pale ale.
