It poured clear, amber with a little orange. Head was moderate with lots of lacing. Looked great! The scent is floral slightly heavy on the citrus and a little piney in the nose. You can tell it was dry-hopped. The taste is hoppy with light carmel malt in the back. The mouthfeel lighter but stil full, and helped by carmel sweetness. It’d be easy for this to have a strong bite due to the dry hopping but this brew seem to find a perfect balance. Yummy and very drinkable.

Oct 10, 2008 Heavy head that lasts awhile. Rather active carbonation but dead and dull taste that was too malty/yeasty. sour grass, fermented grain, olive oil. dry finish. reminded me of the Steam beer, which I’m no fan of.

Oct 9, 2008 Bottle. Golden light colour. Good white head. Aroma of hops and malts with a touch of citrus. Great balanced. Sweet beer with a sophisticated grapefruit bitterness in the after taste.

Oct 3, 2008 medium off white head, light copper colour. citrus and pine in the nose. flavour is malty with plenty of hops, very enjoyable. Easy to drink but still very interesting, a great pale ale.

Oct 1, 2008 Bottle. Poured a clear amber with a small off white head. Aroma of citrus and piney hops. Flavor was malty with a good hop bite. Good beer. Easy drinking.
