I truly did feel liberated after drinking this beer... So will my bladder later. Poured a nice hazy golden orange with thick bubbly white head of three fingers. Smelled a little too perfumy for my personal taste but still very pleasant. Now, the flavor of this beer is where its greatness lies. Subtle tones of cedar, smoke, pine nuts and other miscellaneous tastes that left me guessing. Excellently balanced palate with a good bite. The mark of great beer brewing mastery throughout every sip!

Bottle with that distinctive Anchor shape. Nice copper color, slight haze, great head. Medium body. By today’s standards, it’s mild. West coast hops are balanced by bsicuity malts. Still worth drinking after all those years.

(Bottle). Inviting hoppy aroma. Orange amber color, small white head. This is one delicious beer. Enough citrusy bitterness to get your attention, but an overall balance and crisp smoothness that makes it refreshing and highly drinkable. Wonderful stuff.

12 oz bottle. Pours slightly orange gold with a medium white head. Aromas of citrus hops, pale malts, some sweetness and what I want to describe as some mild strawberry aroma. Flavor is solid, with pale malts and citrus and spicy hops. Little caramel in there, too. Overall an excellent APA with a nice, strong balance of hops and malts.

This beer pours a hazy golden color with an off white head that is quite dissapating. The aroma is like a pilsner, with very faint aroma of fruity notes in the nose. The mouthfeel is light like a summer pilsner. Faint sweet malts in the nose. Some spicy Cascade notes in the flavor. Not too impressive. Not bad though. Guess a good lighter summertime beer. Good for a BBQ.
