Bottle. Aroma of floral hops, grassy hops, dry bitter hops, sweet pale malt base, ctirus and appley esters. Very nicely balanced between the bitter and the sweet in the mouth, despite the admittedly strong hop presence. The malt remains strong enough to be quite luscious in its own right, always very juicy. Very nice.

Oct 3, 2008 medium off white head, light copper colour. citrus and pine in the nose. flavour is malty with plenty of hops, very enjoyable. Easy to drink but still very interesting, a great pale ale.

Oct 1, 2008 Bottle. Poured a clear amber with a small off white head. Aroma of citrus and piney hops. Flavor was malty with a good hop bite. Good beer. Easy drinking.

Oct 1, 2008 Aroma is pungently hoppy. Flavor is hoppps. Goodness. Definitely some dry...bread-like taste, but mostly, you get a lot of flavor from those beautiful cascades. Reminds me a lot of the Sierra Nevada Anniversary Ale, due to the cascade hops. It’s good, that’s all I need to say.

Sep 30, 2008 Amber, with a nice white head. Typical pale ale, citrus, hops etc. Fairly mild overall, can see drinking a lot of these.
