I’d forgotten how good this is. Pours a deep golden amber with a disssipating off white head. Very appealing aroma of citrus and piney hops, Full bodied , smooth creamy mouth feel. Wonderful fruity, hoppy flavour, with a very long and satisfying finish. Great stuff.
Linnet (30), , Sweden Oct 3, 2008 medium off white head, light copper colour. citrus and pine in the nose. flavour is malty with plenty of hops, very enjoyable. Easy to drink but still very interesting, a great pale ale. nqualls (422), Tennessee, USA Oct 1, 2008 Bottle. Poured a clear amber with a small off white head. Aroma of citrus and piney hops. Flavor was malty with a good hop bite. Good beer. Easy drinking. the_chandler (201), West Virginia, USA Oct 1, 2008 Aroma is pungently hoppy. Flavor is hoppps. Goodness. Definitely some dry...bread-like taste, but mostly, you get a lot of flavor from those beautiful cascades. Reminds me a lot of the Sierra Nevada Anniversary Ale, due to the cascade hops. It’s good, that’s all I need to say. Ported (61), Ontario, Canada Sep 30, 2008 Amber, with a nice white head. Typical pale ale, citrus, hops etc. Fairly mild overall, can see drinking a lot of these. davidoc (110), Chicago, Illinois, USA Sep 25, 2008 Updated: Sep 26, 2008Poured murky light amber from the bottle with good carbonation and a moderate white head. Citrus aroma and taste with fair hoppiness.
