Nice and creamy, it’s got a good chocolate malt flavor, the spices receding somewhat until the fruity, spicy finish. Pretty good.

Rich, chocolate aroma. Flavor is like spicy, red berries. Maybe with some cinnamon? Anyways, it’s nice and sweet with a chocolatey aftertaste. Probably best in smaller quantities. Smell: Merry f’n’x-mas indeed! Ginger, mint, cinnamon, cloves, sugarplums, candycane. Add a turkey and you’ve got the whole holiday wrapped up in a bottle!
A little madeirized, it tasted like a melted gingerbread man (Not my gumdrop buttons!) and felt sherry sweet and glowing with alcohol. I’m no expert on cellaring and wasn’t able to do a vertical on this Beer, but I think we got this one open just in time.
