3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Brouwerij (407) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - MAY 14, 2013
Bottle. Pours a clear copper with minimal white head. Settles quickly with no lacing. Aroma is malty, bready, slight caramel/toffee. Flavor is mellow, bread/dough, malt, bread in a bottle. Slight fruitiness and rather mild throughout. Flavor leaves much to be desired and is much milder than I recall. Moderate carbonation, light body, and crisp texture. A mediocre beer.
