RunDWP (203), San Jose, California, USA Jul 29, 2008 22 oz bottle. One of the classics. Faint malty aroma. Pours a nice amber color with a somewhat persistant light tan head. Rich, but muddled flavor of light roasted malt, a little nuttiness, some toffee, and a little grapefruit hop bitterness.
jeff789 (97), Pennsylvania, USA Dec 4, 2008 Aroma of dough, very malty aroma... The richness of the aroma does not translate into rich taste.... Slighty hoppy, mostly malty.... Smooth, but i just dont understand the hype... gerzm22 (15), , New Jersey, USA Dec 3, 2008 I enjoyed this beer very much.
