HighlanderOne (456), Somewherein, New Jersey, USA Aug 24, 2001 This is good stuff. Refreshing feel and aroma.
Flavor kinda reminded me of Pete’s Wicked Ale in that it grows on you as you drink.
zappafan99 (322), Rock Hill, South Carolina, USA Sep 3, 2008 Taste 9/8 Bottle(8JK). Looks Copper, off white head. Aroma: Very mild fruit and grain. Taste: Clean and dry, with a neat chewy body. Nice dry grassy and fruit finish. Interesting. gameface23 (91), Haverhill, Massachusetts, USA Sep 1, 2008 Pours a clear amber with a shiny white head. Smell is sweet and nutty. Taste is similar to smell, well-rounded, with a slight bitter hoppy finish. BOLTZ7555 (463), Phoenix, Arizona, USA Sep 1, 2008 Pours a nice copper with a solid dense white head. Aroma is somewhat hoppy with a malt backbone. Flavor has a certain nuttiness about it but caramel & toffee are slightly more dominant. Very refreshing...good session drinker. ucusty (1062), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA Aug 31, 2008 How have Never rated this? Anyways It was nice to re-visit a true classic Clean crisp and refreshing beer. Slightly fruity, citrus. and a light hop presence drjay44 (127), USA Aug 31, 2008 12 oz. bottle. 35 years ago this was it, the best there was. Pours a nice creamy head, pleasant golden brown color, mild non-spicy, non floral nose, crisp, clean palate with finishing moderate hop[ bitterness. Still a pleasant beer but no longer uniquely outstanding.
