jasonp (1423), Sterling/Dulles, Virginia, USA Jan 29, 2008 On tap fresh at Anchor Brewery, San Fran - June 2007. Clear golden with a thick white head. Some wheat, lemon and citrus in the nose. Flavor has light notes of wheat, lemon zest, grassy noble hops and hay. Medium-light body with lively carbonation. A crisp, drinkin’ beer.

LIngering playdough and light banana. moelikebeer (93), New Brighton, Minnesota, USA Jul 22, 2008 Bottle. Medium golden pour with a medium size, white frothy head. Aroma of sweet malt and hops. Similar flavor with a little grassiness. Decent carbonation. Light and refreshing; nice summer beer.
boFNjackson (482), Portland, Oregon, USA Jul 20, 2008 Bottle... Poured orange with a big, white head. Aroma of corn chips and malt. Flavors of citrus hops, crackers, malt, and corn-like grains and yeasty characters. Seemed ok, but nothing special as far as wheat beers. CanIHave4Beers (147), Des Moines, Iowa, USA Jul 18, 2008 Anchor scores again, a nice fulffy white head makes this crystal clear golden brew very appetising. The beer is very light and easy drinking, but is not too sweet and has a nice dry lightly hoppy flavor. Slipstream (315), USA Jul 17, 2008 I had it served cold, since it is a summer brew. The label says it is a malted wheat ale. Decent pour with lacing. The aroma is fresh and mild. The flavor is dry, light, and crisp. Flavors of wheat and malt are present, but nothing else noteworthy, such as esters or spices. This is a nice, simple, summer wheat ale. Adding a little lemon or lime adds some flavor.
