3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I got this bottle from Don Quijote at Naka-Meguro, last stop in a long day of shopping. Drank it maybe 20-30 minutes later when the bottle was heavily sweating and Japanese summer heat had made it already a bit warm. Not bad though, poured nice and golden, initially with some white head but that actually didnít stay for long - regardless of all that wheat malt it seems. Aroma was simple and malt-dominated. Taste similarly simple, clean and having this interesting Anchor fruity thing going on. Something that reminded me their Humming Ale, something that I have had in largest numbers from this brewery. Overall, nice and refreshing beer, did exactly what I wanted it to do.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I keep hoping to find a good American wheat beer, and I keep getting disappointed. This one is actually pretty good, but there are a few things about it that annoy me. The aroma has a plastic-y smell, kind of like a new car smell, that overpowers an otherwise pleasant spicy hop profile. The flavor is mild, and there is a bit of spice in the finish. In comparison to German and Belgian wheat beers, this is bland and boring, but for an American wheat beer, itís pretty decent.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
It is funny how we beat up light tasting beers. Even when you read the ratings, this beer is spot on for a summer wheat. It does everything you can ask for. Refreshing, crisp and dry. Easy to drink. Since it is 95 degrees here, I say this one is a great summer drink.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can into pint glass, clear golden color with white head. Aroma notes of wheat malt sweetness, light floral/fruit and faint spice. Taste adds bread, hay and light grass. Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, chewy yet crisp, with light wheat-yeasty grass finish. Pretty bready wheat ale, kind of bland yet refreshing.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 oz. can. It pours a clear golden color with a large white head. The aroma is pretty strong with florals and menthol with a considerable amount of fruit candies, sweaty tropical fruit and bready malts. The flavor has more tropical fruit gummies, light menthol/floral notes, a little caramel and bread with a light/medium floral bitterness. Nice substantial body for the ABV with a good amount of acidity (not sour). A pretty good session beer I would purchase again.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
355ml bottle. A hazy yellow with a tall, mostly lasting white head. Muted across both nose and palate with wheat, bready malts and subtle touches of citrus, estery yeast and white spices. Very light but crisp and refreshing. Light-bodied, medium carbonation finishing short and soft.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can. Pours pale yellow with a large white head. Has a wheat grassy hay aroma, some light lemon and citrus notes as well. Taste same as aroma. Palate is a light body, mildly crisp with light carbonation. Finish is of wheat, grass, hay and some citrus notes. Overall an ok brew, good for those hot summer days when you want a light drinking brew.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at Bottlecraft, Hanley. Pours golden with a slight haze. Nice light refreshing wheat beer, not complex and more like an English golden ale than a wheat beer. Pleasant.
