Bottle. kaggie97 sent me this one. Thanks Kevin! Pours a hazy golden with small head and decent lace. Nose is of straw, grass, and light hop. This one sort of reminds me of jumping around in our barn when I was a kid, then rolling in the freshly mowed lawn clippings. Interesting in flavor as well as the aroma. Refreshing for sure, with maybe a hint of smoke? Not like German wheat beers, but I do like it. No real spiciness to this one. I really can’t figure out why I like it... light malt taste that flows to a very slight hoppiness at its finish. Medium light body with a sparkling carbonation. An Ok beer.

Dec 3, 2008 Bottle. Pours a pale golden yellow with a large froth white head that lasts awhile. The aroma is a corn malt and honey and yeast. Good sticky lacing on the glass. The taste is a corn malt with a dry bitter finish. Good session beer and easy to drink from Anchor.

Nov 27, 2008 12oz bottle? Pours clear golden yellow with a thin white head, specks of lace. Smells malty and surprisingly sweet citrusy, cereal as well. Tastes sweet malty some citrus and some cereal. Good, light, refreshing. Medium body, vibrant carbonation.

Nov 21, 2008 Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a dense, creamy white head. Smells wheaty and slightly citric. Tasted wheaty, but minimal body, and hints of orange or lemon. Watered down a little bit, but very drinkable.

Nov 21, 2008 <b>Bottle 355ml. @ home.</b><br />Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, spicy, chlorine notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. A bit borring like a to old german wheat beer. (060908)

Nov 20, 2008 Bottle, Ale Cellar, Darlington. This was hugely disappointing. Insipid, bland, watery and simply tedious. Not worth wasting any more time on. Expected a lot better from this brewery.
