COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It is light golden color with decent head formation and a very crisp, wheaty nose.

Bottled. Pale yellow. Light bodied and smooth with notes of vanilla. Unspectacular.

UPDATED: APR 23, 2006 Brilliantly clear beer. Smells lightly wheaty with a bit of grain in the nose. Very clean tasting with a light sweetness that finishes the beer off. A bit of wheat type grain flavor as well. Not too much to this beer, no flaws but not much character either.

Pours a clear light amber, significant head, but minimal aroma - some wet malt and slight orange zest, but not much. Flavours are very thin - could be considered mild, but this one seems to be more lacking any real flavour at all. Sour raisins, wet wheat and cardboard are about all I could find.

Pours a very light yellow color with a thin white head. Very light and crisp, slightly sweet with a dry finish. A refreshing change from all of the typical American wheats, except its really a little bland.

Thin and only slightly hazy, this highly carbonated beer is light on the palate, a bit lemony, and very refreshing. I usually prefer the thicker, heartier American wheats, but this is a nice changeup, light on everything including alcohol.

Vac (2420) - Capistrano Beach, California, USA - FEB 25, 2003
Pours with a clear golden body topped by a medium thick white sustaining head that leaves a good amount of lace. Slightly sweet malt aroma with a slightly lemony hop accent. Not a nose charateristic of a wheat beer. Sweet yet sour fruity (apple) flavor with lemony notes. Good but not characteristic of a wheat. Light bodied and tingling on the tongue from the carbonation.

Faint sweet nose. Very clean dry taste.Would be fine on a hot day.

Typical american wheat flavor, i.e. not all that wheaty. Sort of bummed me out b/c as I spied it on the shelf (in Chicago) I had delusions that it’d be tasty and be line a nice summer seasonal. It wasn’t. Fairly dry and crisp with some hoppage. Looked good in the glass.
