Bottle: The aroma consists of cola sour cherries, light lemon, vinegar, faint dark fruit, and vinous notes. It pours a transparent orangish-brown with a minimal beige head that quickly fades to a minimal film. The flavor starts with a quick dose of cola and a touch of vinegar. The finish has light sour cherries, lemon, oak, dark fruit, cognac, and oak. It’s medium bodied with mild carbonation and somewhat thin mouthfeel.

Bottle shared at Churchkey. Thanks everyone! Amazing beer.... (can I stop my review right there). Anyway... Poured a beautiful looking dark orange color with a small foamy white head. Aroma was notes of wonderful funk - touch of balsamic, citrus and stone fruits. Nectarines, plum, apricot - with some acidic grapefruit character. Flavor had all those wonderful notes - tartness that hit all the right spots in the mouth, plenty of tangerine, light mango character - seriously, probably the best beer I’ve had this year.

Bottle - Wood, cherry and a bit of appropriate acetone. Cloudy amber with a thin beige head. Slight tart bite up front, cherry, oak and a bit of a sweet tart finish. Smells much better than the taste.

Bottle @ CK. we’re officially on a roll. Deep brown with a tight off-white head. Rich red berry, brown sugar, mild sourness on the nose. The taste is quite tart. Apple and cherry skin. Buggy wood. Medium body, smooth. Solid.
