Pours slightly hazy golden yellow color with white head. Funky aroma with lemon, grapefruit, light oak, brett and earthiness. Similar flavors. Light to medium body with lively carbonation. Very similar to the Jolly Pumpkin version but with less grapefruit juice flavor. I liked this version slightly better.

Hazy golden color with a medium sized, white head. Aroma of Brett, bacteria, citrus, vanilla, grapefruit, and wood. Taste was wild, wood, citrus, some tropical fruits, grapefruit juice, and a tart finish.

Clearish orangey gold pour with a thinner white head that left considerable lacing. Classic anchorage aroma of the oak foudres along with big grapefruit and tangerine notes. Slightly tart grapefruit flavor followed by a peppery finish. Mouthfeel is soft but finish is very dry. Nice beer.

Tellement bon!

Bottle sampled at THE FESTIVAL LA 2014 with Linh and Scarlett. Pours a hazy orange body with foamy white lacing. Aroma is bretty funk, lemon, grapefruit and pomelo. Mouthfeel is tart and soft with notes of funky brett, grapefruit, juice and light spice. Really nice.

Bottle from the fish market. Nose is full of lemon and citrus zest. Really great smelling. A light funkiness to it. Light orange in color with a small white head. Taste is tart with a moderate to strong citrus flavor. Lightly pithy and drying. A somewhat thin and flat mouthfeel. Not flat as in low carb but just meh. Ok overall but not my thing.

750, corked and baled, Quinn’s. Pours a cloudy medium amber with a loose white head. Big sharp peppery fruity nose, showing lots of body and preparation. Bright graoefruit aromatics and mid palate as well, along with peppery notes, Creamy medium body lively carb, Bright tangy mid palate with lively carb and lots of counterpoint from the adjuncts.
