Bottle. Thanks a! Pours a cloudy toffeeish pale amber with a dense and creamy white head that billows out of the glass. Big grapefruit nose at first, fades to a mellow minerally sweet lemon. Creamy medium body with bright lively carb. Lemons, grapefruit, white pepper, oranges, and mineral dryness on the mid palate. Long mineral finish. Onpy thing not fully apparent is the oak. Wonderful beer.

Tap @ CBC 2013. The pour’s gold with a tight head. The nose is peaches, belgian yeast, some candied apple sweetness. A bit of farmyard, brett. The taste is bright summery hops. More peach, pine needle. Lemon and grape must. Nice bretty finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall, pretty delicious. Anchorage are consistently a cut above.

Super hazy golden coloured body with a corn and maize glow and a thick, four centimetre rather soapy just off-white head. Aroma of pungent and resinous hops - full of alpha acids with a good curacao and coriander seed wheaty scent and some pungent yeast strain - very nice. Medium-bodied; Nice complex flavour with curacao, coriander seed, wheat, yeast, bubble gum, pungent hops and a lot of piney and floral notes - very nice and super complex. Aftertaste shows the great deal of complexity and the nice hop flavours that persist - especially the yeast notes too. Overall, a very nice beer and one that you should sample if you can find it! I sampled this 75 cL bottle purchased from La Bodega in Anchorage, Alaska earlier today on 23-May-2013 sampled in my B&B in Copper Center, Alaska on 23-May-2013 to celebrate a Detroit victory over Chicago in the 2013 NHL Playoffs.
