Bomer, C&C. Hazy brown with a frothy beige head that lasts on the sides but slowly dissipates. Aromas of sour plum and cherry, oak, funk, toasted malt, light vanilla, light caramel, cognac and vinegar. Flavor is sour cherries, plum, oak, funky yeast, toasted malt, light cognac and vanilla. Medium Bodied, acidic and dry. Lingering sour cherry/plum.

Pours burgundy with low beige head. Some lacing. Aroma is of wine, dark fruits, red fruits, some bread, malt. Taste is of fruits, acidity, some malts, sugar. Palate: Medium body. Light-medium carbonation. Overall: Not lots of cognac features detected. Fairly good. Not intimidating.

Bottle not thx to joes, not @ BBF. Dark brown colour with a small off-white head. Smells sour, red fruits, fresh. Tastes red fruits, sour, balsamico vinegar. Sour as fuck. Medium body, nice carbo.

bottle shared by mathieuc, many thanks bro! pours unclear dark brown with a small light beige cap, minimal retention and lacing. raspberries, cherries - citric fruits with an acetic touch, never overwhelming - balsamic figs; very spicy, chocolate powder, loads of tannins. light carbonation, light-medium acidity; light body; tingling, very tannic and grassy-spicy finish. nice but CS and anchorage alone do better..

Thanks to nate321 for this bottle! Pours a dark red with a small beige rim on top that leaves somewhat good lacing. Nose is of light acetone, oak, wine, moderate vinegar and light cheese. Taste is of balsamic vinegar like it should but also incredibly oaky. Grapes, cherries and light spirits (must be the cognac) make up the rest of the flavors. Both body and carbonation were medium and acidity level is moderate and refreshing. Easy drinking enough. Overall a good but not great Flanders-style ale.

750ml bottle pours a murky brown with some creamy, white head. Nose has some balsamic vinegar, mild wood, a little grapey, malt, some caramel, some vanillin, green bell pepper. Flavor has lots of vegetal notes, caramel too, some fig/raisin, herbal, sumac, grape jelly, some vinegar. Tart finish.

A dark red pour. Big tart aroma. Big oak with an acidic sour to follow. Slight alcholic. Good stuff.

Pours a deep caramel brown with some light tan head. Fair lacing, good legs, thin collar persists. Aroma is dry hay, very light smoke, tart plum and dark cherry all with a big brett funk. Taste is much like the aroma with the dark fruits playing well with the earthy smokiness. I get a faint herbaceousness as well. High carbonation and medium body. Very bubbly on the tongue
