75cl bottle from Cotteridge Wines shared with Steve.Straw coloured pour with a fluffy white head.Fruity nose of lemon and orange with herbs also present, almost a vegetable like smell in there too.Flavour is as the nose suggests minus the vegetable and with the brett coming through and some wood.Lively and carbonated complex brew.Nice refreshing sipper on a summers afternoon in the garden.

From the Bottle, cloudy yellow pour with a nice fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus, herbs, and funky. Taste has some lemon zest and light peppery notes with the funky goodness. Tasty Beer!

The pour is a hazy, straw color with a white, full, fluffy head which is somewhat lasting and leaves scattered lace. The nose is very nice with fruit all over, lemon, papaya, orange blossom, fresh herbs (basil, rosemary), only a slight brett funk and tartness, floral, and hippy spice. The flavor is very similar with an IPA dryness, still lemon and orange blossom, still herbal, resinous slightly, and some bready notes. The palate is lively, drying, velvety, and light to moderate. The finish is fairly dry with mild tartness, peppery spice enters, resinous, and basil left on the tongue. A lot of contrasting notes and flavors but everything found a way to work together very well. The tartness was never overpowering to the IPA and the additions were all complementary to the base beer. A very nice beer from these guys.

Bottle: Poured a hazy white/yellow color ale with a super large pale white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of dry hoppy notes with some strong Brett notes also dominating. Taste is a mix between some solid wheat alt notes with some strong fruity and dry hops notes with a finish dominated by the funky Brett notes. Body is full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Really well put together with huge amount of complexity while retaining a great level of drinkability.

A slightly hoppy, yeasty sour smell cleanses the nasal passages, like an old wine barrel in the rain . A cloudy light amber appearance with an active head (who doesn’t like active head). A smooth entrance in to the sip with a hop explosion in the middle and a tart yeasty finish that refreshingly fades. A light fizzy feel that leaves your tongue dry to the air but still comfortably moist. Good beer for a make out session?

Bottle from Mari’s. Pours hazy as hell with a yellow body and a big white head that sticks around a good bit. The aroma is a big orange rind, citrus kick follows with orange, grapefruit, and lemon. You can definitely smell the funky yeast, brett,, and some wood. The taste has a huge carbonation kick up front. It’s nearly an assault on your tongue. There is a big funky citrus flavor.. lemon and orange take the lead. There is a bitter finish.. dry.. almost saison-like. This is a cool beer.

Hellgelb, trüb mit reichlich Schaum. Kumquatsaroma (Orange, Mandarine) mit Aromahopfen. Säuerlich-fruchtiger Antrunk, schön trockener Beginn. Koriander und reichlich Würze im Geschmack. Klingt staubtrocken und leicht holzig aus. Superber Stoff!

Sad to say this $$$ bottle went down the drain. Neither me or my wife could take more than a couple of tastes. I know this has Brett in it but it seems way too unbalanced to be enjoyable. If you like licking wet horse hair then by all means get this one. Very carbonated, has some nice additions to it and those flavors come out in the tasting, but the Brett is so overpowering that I can't focus on the underlying flavors. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cork literally flew off. Light yellow, big head. Funky barneyard, hops, oak, chardonnay. Extremely dry, long bitter finish. Very funky and well made. Awesome stuff

750 mL bottle. Pours a very hazy, pale gold with a huge, frothy, white head. Big, bitter orange aromas, with a herbal note and some minerals. The flavor is very bitter, with a significant sourness. Light to medium body, very sticky, and weakly effervescent. Overall, this is a flavorful and delicious IPA, with a light body and good spicy flavor. Unfortunately, this is sticky mess, with the hops overpowering the wine and wit notes.
