650 ml bottle.
Pours hazy golden color with a small head. Aroma of yeast, spices, mild lemony fruits, soap and yeast. Flavor of grass, yeast, citrus fruits, toffee and mild grassy malts. Bitter palate with a fruity palate. More like an farm-house saison than an IPA.

Bottle from bierkompass.de. Hazy light golden color with huge white head towering over my glass. Aroma of yeast, bread, citrus. clementines. Taste, dry fruity with ripe cumquats, oranges and grapefruit, citrus hops, citrus zest. Nice long citrus bitter finish. Nice stuff.

750ml bottle. Second batch. The cork absolutely flies off with a boom. Be careful pouring this one, it is super-carbonated. It pours a lightly hazy gold with a big foamy white head that likes to linger. The smell is awesome. Clean brett notes, citrus, decent malt bill underneath. Oak mellows. The flavor is also good. Honestly the hops don’t come through much, it is more of a witbier with brett and citrus than anything but it is a refreshing take on it even with the odd experimentation. The Bitter Monk was unbelievable, the Whiteout Wit was horrendous, this is closer to Bitter Monk but not quite as awesome. The sweetness and oak come through with a few more sips. Brett is tame with a hint of funk and medicinal flavor, pretty low tartness. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 07-19-2012 00:57:01

750ml cork and caged bottle shared at Campground Brewdown. Poured an odd greenish/yellowish body with a large foamy white head with lots of rising effervescence. The aroma is super potent with notes of brett, dirty diaper, rotting fruit, dirty citrus rind, dirty hops. Light super fizzy body with a quick fading very dry aftertaste. Flavor of brett, lemons, bread crusts, funk, citrus. This beer has a lot going on with it, wonder what will happen to this with time.

Aroma is yeast, spices, funk, citrus, malts and a mild mustiness. The flavor is lemons, very funky yeast, citrus/grapefruit, slightly nutty malts and a long and tart/sour finish.

Bottle, bought @ Řlbutikken, Cph. Pours pale yellow with a giant, frothy, white head. Aroma is complex, grapes, oak, peach, grapefruit, funky, clear Brett. High carbonation, bone-dry mouthfeel. Flavour has lovely funk, super oak, pine, resin, peach. Super elegant bitter and dry finish. Wonderful.

Bottle nearly explodes and I have to pour this guy over a 15 minute interval at the start. The pour is a simply beautiful bright effervescent hay golden yellow with a thick fluffed up white head. Once the head dies to a mere half finger and the carbonation slows, I delve into the nose. Aroma is yeasty with peppery spices and zesty citrus. Sweet fruits and mild estery goodness and spices with coriander and peppercorns prevalent. A bit of woody and earthen richness and bretty dryness opens up on the finish. Not too hopped up but awesome complexity on this brew.

750ml bottle. Cloudy yellow glowing golden colour with average to huge, frothy, lasting, lacing, white head. Yeasty, bretty, spicy aroma, minimal citrus note, bitter orange, coriander, a dry, decent leather-like woody touch. Taste is dry, minimally sourish, touch of bitter orange, spicy, peppery, coriander, minimally soapy; bitter finish. Complex, exertive, deserves detailed exploration.
