Split bomber with sherm1016.....THANKS. Pours, despite attempts to moderate it...with 3 inch foamy head and lots of yeast released. Definite funky / sour taste...a bit too much yeast bite for me...but that’s the "price you pay"....

I was very excited to try this beer, but I was not impressed. Pours light like a bud, but with great head and lacing. Aroma is heavy pine needle and some funk. taste is complex with tons of pine and citrus hops, yeast, fruit, and spices. I respect the innovation, but it just didn’t work for me.

Pours a nice slightly hazy yellow blonde color witha giant frothy head that sticks and slide through the length of the beer. On the nose straight horseshit, old blanket, grass, citrus, brett....mmmm. On the palate there is a great hop presence that gets interesting when it plays with the earthy flavors of pepper, oak, and lots of yeast character. Refreshing but so very complex... the flavor jungle keeps you searching through the lengthy finish !

Poured from 750 into a tulip. Pours a clear straw-yellow color with a foamy head. Very interesting and bretty aromas of spice, lemon peels, tropical citrus and funk. medium bodied, but on the lighter side. Very good feel with fresh flavors of lemon peels, funk, and tropical fruits. This was a really tasty belgian IPA with a bretty touch.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2013 Hazy golden orange body, large white head, solid lacing. Nose is full or orange, lemon, brett, oak, and floral tea. Flavor is similar as the citric notes and the brett and oak balance and accentuate one another. Medium to light bodied with an invigorating and refreshing carbonation, crisp cleansing bitterness. Very nice.

Bottle poured a cloudy golen with orange hues, big fluffy white head, and excellent lacing. Aroma includes significant citrus zest with floral notes, grass, Brett, and a hint of honey. Taste is similar with a well-balanced mix of honey and citrus upfront followed by palatable bitterness on a smooth finish. Good mouthfeel and flavors lingering after each sip. Refreshing and truly enjoyable.

Pours cloudy yellow with thick frothy white head. Aroma: horseblanket, bourbon, brett, spices, wine acidity. Taste does not last. Nice sourness, along with slight bitterness. Good carbonation. Thin body. Some dryness at the end. Good beer, but not sure if it’s on the style. After all, there is not mch hops in this one. Refreshing.

Bottle (750 ml). Hazy yellow with a medium frothy white head and some lacing. Very interesting aroma of brett, citrus (lemon), horse blanket and some winey and woody notes. Quite complex! Taste is about the same but less impressive. Bitter finish that doesn’t last long. Good carbonation. Not right on style, but a very interesting beer. Should the brett and wine be a little more present in taste, it would be damn good!
