Bottle - Pours hazy/cloudy pale yellow, thin white head, great lacing. Nose is Galaxy hops, white wine, coriander, lemon, lemongrass, wheat. Flavours of spicy tropical fruit, lemon, clean wheat and kaffir lime. Perfume, ginger, sooooooo pretty. Really loving this stuff! Another top-class Anchorage brew!

All sorts of things were going on here, almost all of which were in balance. Didn’t really pick up on the Brett, but the fruit was there (not in an overwhelming manner either). Slightly light in the body with a watery mouthfeel, but otherwise exceptional. Tropical fruit and wheat were the principle flavors. Exceptional aroma.

750 ml corked and caged bottle purchased at Zipps in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Batch #2 APR/2012 on bottle. Opens with a very loud pop. The pour is hazed white yellow with a billowy 4 inch white head. A bunch of tiny effervescent bubbles climb from the center of the glass. The aroma is rounded peach fruit, hops, along with super well integrated dry leather Brett. There is a touch of grass and coriander, but this is about the hops and Brett. The taste is dry Brett musty leather up front, followed by citrus floral hop, woodiness and the finish has an interesting black pepper spice to go along with the dry Brett. The palate is medium to light bodied, active soft natural carbonation and a woody bone dry Brett finish. Super nice beer, right up my alley. Glad I found it and had a chance to try it.

Pours a clear golden yellow color with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down fairly slowly leaving behind some thick lace. Aroma is a mix of citrus and tropical hops with some Belgian yeast esters, light fruit, pepper and other spice, oak, and some funky Brett. Starts off with some citrus and tropical hops with some grapefruit flavor and some spices and Belgian yeast esters. Through the middle some oak, funky Brett, and bitterness come through alongside a bit more yeast esters. The finish is a mix of citrus and tropical hops, light spices, funk, oak, and some bitterness.Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a dry, bitter, and lightly spicy finish. Very drinkable. Really nice White IPA. The spices and the Wit yeast really compliment the Galaxy hops nicely. The Brett also adds some nice complexity.

Uniquely beautiful hazy pineapple with a huge, fizzy 4 finger head (tulip glass). Intensely multilayered aroma - brett brett brett, very floral/herbal spices like coriander, grapefruit and pine hops. Tastes less balanced than it smells - strong brett character and very floral, not nearly as hoppy as I would like. Feels a bit thin as well. I am really glad I tried this brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy
