Explosie van smaak, door de brett en dryhopping combi. Behoorlijk wild en toch fris, wel een zware jongen.

On tap @ Uber. Pours slightly cloudy straw yellow with thin lacy white head. Aroma is fresh funky hops - earthy, grassy, herbal. Taste is similar: clean thin malt with a sharp hop bite. Dry, oaky finish. Perhaps not the best IPA around, but the Brett, oak, and hops give this a really unique super fresh hop taste. Could use a bit more malt for me, but maybe that’s what let’s the hops shine.

A good bretty nose, hops. Hazy yellow with a lively foamy white head. Big galaxy hop bitterness, citrus fruits, white wine, hints of orange. The whole complex flavor sits on a bed of brett, it’s great, I would also love to age one of these. Finishes dry with hop bitterness and brett.

Poured in a snifter to enjoy the aroma of the Galaxy hops. The aroma this beer has is amazing. This beer lacks a head and is somewhat cloudy. I suspect it is from the wine yeast used in the bottle conditioning. Lots of fruity characters and the pepper sneaks up on the backside. It does have a wine palate feel, which I do not care for. Overall, a decent IPA. I'm not sure I would run out to buy another, but am enjoying this. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Mildly hazy, blondish bronze body with dense white cream. This one begins with a much hoppier bouquet that I anticipated, with crispy, piny and resiny character, deep woodiness and also sharp rye. The body, on the other hand, initially showcases the crisp rye, demonstrating a piquant spicyness. Coriander notes emerge and at the finish it is a mix of mint and pine. Thoroughly refreshing.

Bottle from Jane’s Beer Store, Mountain View. Pours hazy yellow with white lacing. Great aroma with Galaxy goodness and brett tartness. Huge taste of spice, tartness, tropical and citrus fruits... wonderful! Clean not-too-tart-or-too-bitter finish. Smooth enough, with moderate carbonation and body. Unique, and very good!

Draft at Uber in Seattle. Fascinating beer, thanks guys for pouring this. Bright, hazed yellow, looks like lemon juice. Sweaty yeast, citrus, dry herbs. Fascinating. Big, unique funk, sweaty socks. Fresh grassy herb, tart sour. Unique and tasty

Was really pleasantly surprised by this one. Pineapple, funk, a light bitterness, lemon, and a bit of pepper. Heavy coriander. Lots of strong flavors in here, blended really well. Light, but quite interesting!
