Draft at Uber in Seattle. Fascinating beer, thanks guys for pouring this. Bright, hazed yellow, looks like lemon juice. Sweaty yeast, citrus, dry herbs. Fascinating. Big, unique funk, sweaty socks. Fresh grassy herb, tart sour. Unique and tasty

Was really pleasantly surprised by this one. Pineapple, funk, a light bitterness, lemon, and a bit of pepper. Heavy coriander. Lots of strong flavors in here, blended really well. Light, but quite interesting!

Bomber. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a foamy massive white head. Nose is citrus, hoppy with a yeast scent. Taste is pleasantly tart up front , without any real sweetness. Nice sour dry ending. Nice sour IPA. Quaff Scire 7 / 10

UPDATED: FEB 26, 2014 This is yet another masterful brew by the folk at Anchorage. They basically do the same with every beer: barrel age it, brett it, and make it amazing. But the base white IPA is actually a delight; intensely hopy, but yeasty, with some sweetness matched with citrus driness that follows. Pours a medium hazy yellow with a small head. Mouthfeel is crisp, with lots of citrus, brett, and hops. Itís just delicious; an absolute treat!

hazy bright yellow colour, extremely huge white head; aroma of tropical fruits (mostly pineapple), citrus, yeast, earthy notes and some pine resin; taste of intensive bitterness and fruityness (pineapple and citrusses) with pine resin, yeast and spices; long lasting bittery-spicy aftertaste; brilliant IPA - not the best one Iíve tasted, but definitely the most unique and complex one

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2014 Was a Christmas present from my cousin, Meghan, and her boyfriend, Dan who had visited from Portland, ME. To oversized snifter, it pours a Crayola chrome yellow with a trim, thin white-ringed head surfacing the top. Dispersing bubbles barely covering the color underneath. Aromas of kumquats, brettanomyces, citrus hops, melted wax, yarn, sweat, Triscuit crackers, rutabaga, caramelized onions, Turbinado and refined sugars, yak butter, and wheat flour. Tastes the same only with the addition of rice straw, bitter orange peel, and white grapes. Growing heated booziness experienced by swallow. Pleasant and fun, however Iím not too sure how memorable this is: Iíve had a lot of beers quite similar to Anchorís White IPA wherein its flavors echo citrus hops, funk/yeast, oak, and tropical fruit throughout. Itís a good beverage, but to say itís all that different from other sour, hoppy beers I think would be inaccurate.

Hazy white color. Very hoppy, tons of Brett, very dry nose. Dry, med full body tons of Brett. Very enjoyable. A bit too much hops I felt and just a bit too much, but still decent.
