Ale brewed with Galaxy hops, coriander, kumquats, and peppercorns. Fermented and aged in French oak foudres with a wit yeast. Dry hopped with Galaxy hops. Bottle conditioned with brettanomyces and wine yeast. Drink fresh or age to bring out the funk.

bottle. Golden with big fluffy head. Quite a bit of citrus. Moderate hops with medium bitterness. Brett is very mild. The carbonation is quite prickly, to the point of distracting me from the flavors. Still, very good.

Pours a hazy yellow. Long lasting thick head resembles lemon meringue. Smells of lemon and urine, yes urine, which is typical for a beer with brett. Very funky aroma. Taste is just as funky. Dank, lemon, urine and pepper. As the beer warms I taste young bitter coconut. The bitterness is subdue and doesn't linger. Very refreshing with a light body. Every sip is a new experience as the beer changes as it breaths and warms. If your into funky beers this ones for you.

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2014 Bottle, batch #5, July 2013. Didnít get to drink one fresh but I love whatís going on here. In the glass: straw with some vague white islands, a more prominent head ring and a few stray bubbles. Still getting the galaxy hops and the coriander surprisingly clean on both nose and taste even after 7 or so months. The brett has clearly done some work and pulled everything together. Funk is solid but clean -- musty without being overpowering. Aroma is especially complex. There are worlds in there, I donít even know where to start.

Maybe my favorite Anchorage yet. Will definitely seek out a fresh one next batch.

On tap. Pours a cloudy, pale gold with a foamy white head and lacing. It has a great citrusy aroma with a very different spicy, yeasty, and slightly okay flavor that leads to a slightly bitter finish over a medium body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750mlchugged by myself. Pours a almost clear light yellow color with a puffy white head. Wow - the aroma is a very complex web of orange citrus, sweaty gym socks, white pepper, bitter hops, funk. Taste is similar with. Ore of the emphasis on citrus and sweat. Bone dry with a lingering bitterness. Very musty and jagged. This beer is phenomenal.

759ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a lot of frothy head. Lots of belgian yeast and fruity aromas. Wonderful balance of belgian yeast and slight hops. Slight sourness to balance a mild sweetness.

Explosie van smaak, door de brett en dryhopping combi. Behoorlijk wild en toch fris, wel een zware jongen.

On tap @ Uber. Pours slightly cloudy straw yellow with thin lacy white head. Aroma is fresh funky hops - earthy, grassy, herbal. Taste is similar: clean thin malt with a sharp hop bite. Dry, oaky finish. Perhaps not the best IPA around, but the Brett, oak, and hops give this a really unique super fresh hop taste. Could use a bit more malt for me, but maybe thatís what letís the hops shine.

A good bretty nose, hops. Hazy yellow with a lively foamy white head. Big galaxy hop bitterness, citrus fruits, white wine, hints of orange. The whole complex flavor sits on a bed of brett, itís great, I would also love to age one of these. Finishes dry with hop bitterness and brett.
