0.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
Bottle poured a hazy yellow with a huge white head that slowly, very slowly settled to about one inch, lacing is not worth assessing. Aromas are a light fruityness with some spice and funky odors (reminds me of a toilet with urine in it that hasn’t been flushed for a few days). Flavors are light and funky, bitter, dry and slightly sour. The Finish...I dont think I can....dry, clean with a lingering bite on the toung.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Blonde très pâle, jaunâtre et trouble. Extra mousseuse. Au nez, acide lactique de fermentation spontanée, citron, pin, conifère... En bouche extrêmement complète, l’amertume de zeste se marie a la perfection avec la douce acidité. Finale décapante de houblon résineux

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Light yellow with big white head. Aroma is big lemon brett funk. Up front is the sour funk, then herbal spoicy yeast flavors, hop bitterness, and a dry tart slightly spicy finish. Very nice..... not for everyone though.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
750 mL bottle. Batch #6, April 2014.
Pours a hazy gold color with a thick white head. Plenty of carbonation rising to the top. Aroma has a lot going on: fruit, spice, grass/herbs, malt, sourness and some yeast. Medium bodied and a little sticky, the taste has a lot in common with the aroma but the yeast and grassiness seem to take over with a touch of wood and hops. The finish is a little sour with the malt making a bit more of a presence after the swallow along with a touch of sweet wine. This is a good one!

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750ml bottle, Batch #6, April 2014. Fruity, complex nose, with suggestions of coriander, citrus, yeast funk, faint oak, peppery spice, herbal tones, lemon, very faint pale malt sweetness in the background, some white wine notes here as well as earthiness and a dose of tropical fruit for good measure. Lightly hazy pale golden in color with a pillowy, lasting, uneven head and gobs of lacing. Flavor profile follows the aroma closely, with the yeast funk and fruity tones being the most dominant, some gentle hop bitterness appears late with the lingering impression of farmy, funked out yeast, peppery spice and lingering traces of oak. Very fine, active effervescence with a medium body. Really nice!
