Bottled, courtesy gator2683. Hazy yellow with a gigantic frothy white head. Moderately sour Brett nose with light white pine sweetness - it is extremely straightforward in its deScription but incredibly delicious. Mild-to-moderate bitterness with light coriander, light juicy orange, and very mild horse blanket. The sourness is very subdued but noticeable, providing a nice pendulum swing between the bitterness. Good stuff. I could drink this all day long.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From the corked, caged 750 ml. bottle. It is a year old so that will probably taint my review. Hazy, yellow pour with a modest white fizzy head that fades. The aroma is Brett and spice. The body is light and refreshing. I pick up a good spice character in the taste with that Brett character all over it. Ends dry.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Pours a very pale amber, with a big white head. Aroma is fresh and citrusy hop, with some malt and spice in the background. Flavor is moderately dry and bitter, with just a little funk coming through. Decent but not as interesting as I was hoping for. I would not age this as the hop aroma is too important to lose.
