3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled at the Alaskan Barleywine festival. Big fruity character, slightly bitter, sweet pilsner maltiness, solid sourness. This is very Saison like, very rustic. I really enjoyed this, I do not think it should be labeled as a triple.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
750ml bottle, batch #2, split with my bride. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma is white wine, pineapple, Brett funk. Medium on the palate with soft carbonation. Flavor is sour, grassy, some lemon, pineapple, yeasty, Brett, with a light funky finish. This beer was really Brett forwardfor me. I was hoping for more complexity. Overall, Just ok for me.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a hazy orange-copper color with a moderate white head. Nose has some citrus and spices to it with just a hint at some sweetness. Taste has a very slight hint at some sweetness, but some sour coming through. Remarkably light.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy straw color white head dissipated quickly. Aroma of Brett lemon white wine apple light Belgian pineapple yeast. Tastes more like a Belgian triple with Brett and white wine. Not much wood character. Sweet tart lemon pineapple. Triples arenít my favorite.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Thanks Time and Rachel! Cloudy yellow pour with almost no head. Bretty, sourdough, zesty and spicy hop character, champagne and white wine, lemon juice on the nose. Fruity, oaky flavor with more sourdough Brett funk, and lots of Chardonnay character coming in through the finish. Touches of alcohol too. Not bad.

Bottle thanks to tim and rachel! Pours a hazy golden yellow with no real head or lacing. Aroma of brett and some sweet fruity esters. Taste is a bitter dry funky fruity bitter wheat, more said on than triple, but still pretty solid.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Aroma of bretty cheesecloth, dry white grape, flowers and honey. Appearance is translucent gold with sticky, bubbly white head. Flavor matches the nose; the palate is medium, creamy and very soft. Awesomeness.
